Obesity, an increasing problem in today’s modern societies, occurs as a result of some cumulative factors such as cardiovascular diseases, blood pressure and other similar diseases. These are sometimes genetic and sometimes personal. No comments can be mentioned for genetic oriented problems however personal reasons and negative accumulations can increase the risk of disease. The first item of the list for negative accumulation is the lack of physical appropriateness. Lack of exercising, which we mention as lack of habitual activity, results from lack of consciousness dating back to the early stages of school education. The habit of exercising we gain in the early stages of our childhood becomes a life long habitual activity and results in a healthier life. The habit and love of exercising gained in the early stages of our childhood has a permanent place in our lives through choosing the correct activity, the attitude of the parents, correct trainer, correct training programme and development of the child. In the later stages of our lives, this habit turns into health and the risk of contracting a disease decreases which shows that starting exercising in the early stages of our lives is a correct preference. In addition, turning exercising into a lifestyle means both physical health and spiritual health. The correct thing is to gain the habit of continual exercising in all ages. We wish you an active and healthy life.. |
